This was a suit under state law, but the federal government jumped in and said, nope, you know, your power to hold the oil industry liable is actually preempted by federal law. It conflicts with the Clean Air Act as well as the federal authority over energy and climate policy. So I think with respect to sort of the environmental leaders out there, what we are seeing is an effort of the federal government to keep the scope of these environmental regulations, but to basically take them down a notch.
