I think there are ways that the budget has been done and people have discussed how to do the budget going behind closed doors or going behind the curtain. I think Transparency in government is paramount. I have worked in the nonprofit sector, I've worked in government, I've worked with businesses. I have always tried to be a transparent, open, communicative leader and somebody who has done this. (39:01–39:05)
