And so we need to make sure we are doing whatever we can at the state level to do that. Now we, when we talked about data centers, to the extent that those are happening, I think that One of the bills in the legislature around data centers also has a fee that would automatically go into weatherization, go into energy assistance programs. So there's ways that we can create more resources toward these as well. Finally, I would echo what David, Francesca, were saying about the need for the partnership between state and local government to exist around transit, around a train between Madison and Milwaukee.
