By way of background, for those who don't know me, I was the Department of administration secretary for Governor Evers for three years. And so I was secretary of DOA during 2019 when Governor Evers first did that executive order. I also helped stand up the Office of Sustainability and Clean Energy in the state as well. So these are not issues that are foreign to me. And I absolutely agree with the premise that we have changed. (04:05–04:11)
