It's impossible at this point for most of these to do 100% on time at that point, but I think we need to make sure that there are those specific guardrails that are in place. And It'd be my intent to do that in the first few months of the legislative session so that everybody knows what the bar is that they have to hit if they're going to do data centers in Wisconsin.
