And yet we need to go ahead and solidify tax reduction. We were able to permanently increase the standard deduction. We doubled it. We were able to remove the grocery tax at the state level. We were able to eliminate taxes on our veterans' retirement up to $40,000. These are great, great, great things. But rates have to come down. Rates have to come down for all Virginians because we're competing every day. Income tax rates have to come down. (45:49–45:55)
