I did put on our cabinet agenda every Monday IT projects and we brought senior resources to bear cabinet level resources. But we also changed out a lot of the CIOs. We had a centralized organization in state government that could run this stuff. and provide the kinds of expertise that was necessary. And we saw a massive acceleration in delivery and results.
