And we Know, we know that that has not worked out. And so part of this is having great professionals lead these, these critical retirement systems. I mean in Virginia, The Virginia retirement system is run by an incredible set of investors. I did as governor get to appoint part of the oversight board, but it is independent, it's run independent.
