… that was what the entire aerospace sector supported, was that system, in this case, the space shuttle. And so there wasn't sort of that dynamic of competition and innovation. And When we got there in 2008, we wanted to support trends that were already going on to push more innovation and push more competition into the system. And that was crystallized, probably around the decision to pursue an idea for commercially provided crew transport to the international Space station.
