But otherwise what I'm doing is I'm funding programs that I believe are critical to Hawaii and in some cases are tailored to Hawaii so that I actually know the money is actually going to get to Hawaii. So, for example, If I fund a program in the Department of Education for indigenous language assistance, chances are that money's coming to [Hawaii]. you, right? Because we do a lot of stuff. So in the case of tourism, if I fund programs in the federal government for tourism, I'm pretty sure that some of that should be eligible for what disproportionate to other parts of the country.
