You know, the county has done a great job with their housing first model because it's been proven that I think We have the lowest rate of homelessness, you know, across the country because of how we address Housing first. And even historically, what we've seen in Milwaukee with redlining, again, the great Val Phillips who fought for housing, it is something that people need just to be able to stabilize. (15:55–16:10)
