And so that's what led to this policy agenda. We did a statewide tour to hear from black Wisconsinites on what they cared about the most. And Initially, we had four cities [on the tour]: Milwaukee, Green Bay, Racine, and Madison. And we were doing a great job to where we had a good problem, because then we had other cities be like, hey, we need you to come too. (11:59–12:04)
