We shouldn't have to pay for the sins of people that came before us is essentially what's going on here. Just to be clear and to make matters worse, again, Republicans have been in power in Wisconsin for over a decade. They had the opportunity to put more money where it needed to be to address the issues that were happening in their own communities, in their respective districts. (38:15–38:19)
