And so there have been attempts over the years where I will give credit, our local leaders have tried to find ways to ensure that there were protections. But Republicans caught wind of it and passed legislation that prevented them from even having those few protections in there. And so to really address affordability and housing, I do think the first thing we have to do, we have to change our constitution. That's really the key piece there. (18:36–18:45)
