And we are at a place where we're trying to figure out, okay, what does it mean to build for our own lives and our families. And there are just more hurdles that we face. In my district, it's a lot of homeowners. So you either have to be able to be in a position to purchase a home or, or you're paying super high rent. And that's just something that, you know, not a lot of folks can do right now unless you make a lot of sacrifices, which is doable. (21:19–21:30)
