We really have to be smart and long term thinking in how we think about water rights. Climate change is. It's real, it's here. It's more dramatic and extreme than we'd expected. But We've got to basically get our carbon emissions down to zero as quickly as possible. We've got to adapt to the realities that we're facing right now. And I think we have to invest and shoot the moon technologies as well to try to cool our planet. (30:57–31:03)
