This is going to have profound impacts on our economy, on water specifically. We've been talking a lot to the different water agencies. I've learned more about water than anyone should. But I think we in this county are doing an incredible job of recycling water, but we're going to have to do more of that. Conservation is going to be important, and I think we're going to need to invest a lot in infrastructure to capture more of that water as it comes down, because this is going to be a concern going forward.
