They have eviscerated the EPA's ability to regulate our climate or emissions, and that is, I believe, a precursor to defanging and ending most of the authority of the securities and Exchange Commission, our banking regulations, our FDA, our workplace regulations. They're basically looking to end the administrative state as we know it and our ability to regulate real chronic problems in ways that we've been doing for hundreds of years at this point. And on top of that, of course, they're, like, entertaining a theory of the case which was espoused by Donald Trump on how our state legislatures can validate their votes. (52:19–52:29)
