Published | Video Starts at 25:28

One of them will make California one of a handful of states that allows for economic coercion to be recognized as a form of domestic violence. and to allow people who've suffered coerced debt, that is to say, they've been forced to take on credit card debt or other loans against their will, to cancel that debt and to not suffer the credit implications of that. (25:28–25:39)
