And I think it's just a basic question of equity and fairness. And we talk a lot about equity in the state. But If we're providing significant benefits to homeowners but not providing comparable benefits to renters, that is obviously disproportionately impacting communities of color, lower income communities. the types of communities we talk about, when we talk about equity as far as housing, it is I think one of the top short term issues were facing in California, the number one reason.
