Well, I had the benefit of that lesson. So when we worked to unveil the home program, we made sure that the One Philly Mortgage program was a part of it. Why? Because We wanted a vehicle to ensure that while we were building and preserving and restoring 30,000 units of housing, we could guarantee that members of our municipal workforce and other Philadelphians would have an opportunity to own a home and qualify for a 30 year mortgage.
