This very popular plan called Turn the Key, a housing program to build more units of affordable housing that working class Philadelphians would be able to afford, was something that we worked on during my tenure as a member of the City Council of Philadelphia. I can remember the former leader of District Council 33 standing with us, along with our former Council president, Darrell Clark, as we proudly proclaimed and unveiled this new program called Turn the Key.
