I want our municipal workers to live here in the city of Philadelphia. And quite frankly, Tom, it's not enough for me to just say it. That's why the home initiative was so important. The home initiative was important because I couldn't be a council person. And now the mayor who says, municipal workers, I want you to live in the city of Philadelphia, but I'm not doing anything in a tangible way to make it possible for you to own a home, to rent a home, and, or to fix up your house.
