I wanted to repeat, as I said in my post on social media much earlier today, that I regret to inform you that as of 12:01am today, District Council 33 officially went on strike as of 12:01am today. Philadelphia put its best offer on the table. Unfortunately, District Council 33 did not accept it. (00:28–00:46)
