Video: Philly Mayor Cherelle Parker responds to workers union strike

Published | Video Starts at 41:31

I want our municipal workers to be a part of the city of Philadelphia because they are a part of the fabric of our community. Now, I know some folks have mentioned to me that in the past there were some, some mayors who negotiated the opportunity for others to live outside of the city. (41:31–41:40)
