I want to say to the people of the city of Philadelphia and the residents of the city of Philadelphia that long before I became the mayor of our city, I have always been a strong advocate for residency for our municipal workers. I want our municipal workers to be a part of the city of Philadelphia because they are a part of the fabric of our community. Now, I know some folks have mentioned to me that in the past there were some, some mayors who negotiated the opportunity for others to live outside of the city. (41:31–41:40)
