I will say just it's important to remember that's about a third of the budget gaps as they grow over the next years. And I do think it's important to see that that comes from a variety of factors. We gave raises to public sector workers that we needed to give and that added $17 billion to the budget. Over the course of the plan, Federal Covid aid ended and we've created great new programs like Summer Rising and we expanded 3K wonderful programs. (35:21–35:27)
