Yeah, we've talked about affordable housing a lot. But I do want to say this here to me, once upon, not that long ago, HPD was the gem of municipal affordable housing agencies and had the capacity to produce tons and preserve tons of affordable housing. And it was weakened because during the pandemic, people went and took other jobs. That's not, you know, the mayor's fault. That's a happenstance that happened, but we need to be investing in bringing that back. (52:49–52:58)
