I don't think we'll filter down to the folks who are really facing the affordability challenges. And it takes a long time. And so in the meantime, you've got people facing evictions. Seven of the top 10 TABOR, the top seven neighborhoods and eight of the top 10 for evictions are in the Bronx. because just upward pressure on rent drives out low income and working class people. So that's why I wanted to see Good Cause eviction paired with those supply programs. (47:23–47:30)
