Seven of the top 10 TABOR, the top seven neighborhoods and eight of the top 10 for evictions are in the Bronx because just upward pressure on rent drives out low income and working class people. So that's why I wanted to see Good Cause eviction paired with those supply programs. That deal was available to be made in Albany last spring. I think they should be back in session right now and not even waiting till January. (47:33–47:40)
