It seems like inflation is coming down without unemployment going up significantly. We have basically. We're basically back to the level of jobs we had before the pandemic. The city has the highest number of office using jobs, not people in them, every day that it's ever had. So the city's economy is doing better than anyone, any kind of, you know, consensus economists thought one, two or three years ago. And that's just good. (43:05–43:13)
