Is it true that you had to travel around the state to seek these recruits, the initial leadership of the office? I didn't have to travel around the state. We're traveling around the state now recruiting for entry level attorneys. So we were able to fill the top portion of the office pretty with seasoned, talented people. Seasoned, talented, key leadership positions we were able to fill pretty quick, quickly and easily in the first two, three months of being in position. (26:16–26:21)
