The police department has moved to address that by putting more of their traffic offense or traffic enforcement officers into nighttime enforcement instead of their usual daytime enforcement positions in hoping to enforce more DWI laws. As you know, Our office is now promoting a free ride program through a grant that we got with the TxDOT. The only complaint I've gotten is that we don't have enough vouchers.
