I've prosecutors and class Cs all the way through capital murder. As you know, we have the Walmart shooting now that's pending. Ironically, this will be the second white supremacist that I prosecuted. The first death penalty case that I had was a white supremacist. We prosecuted and got the death penalty on him. He has since been executed. but he was a white supremacist who had killed two people here in our community and we sought the death penalty on him. (09:06–09:16)
