So you also need to look at where The crime rate is going up in the thefts and the auto theft and burglary areas, not so much in the serious crimes, murders and sexual assault cases. Those are not going up. It's the thefts and burglaries that are going up. I think part of that is coming from where we haven't been as aggressive with our juvenile offenders as we should be.
