With that wealth tax, what we can do is expand Medicare to make sure that it includes dental, vision and hearing. We can make investments in our infrastructure, in our education system. We can make sure that childcare does not cost more than 7% of a person's income. And we can make sure that we give an actual tax relief to working class and middle class Iowans earning less than $150,000 a year. We also have to protect Social Security. (20:23–20:29)
