Reversing the Medicaid cuts that we've talked about at some length is one of the most important things that we can do. And we can do that with 51 votes in the United States Senate. We also need to make sure that we are understanding there are unique challenges in our rural communities. In particular, someone who's represented small town and rural Iowa in the legislature, I heard firsthand from people who often had to drive far too far to get to where they needed to go.
