And that puts the, the whole country in a situation where if we don't pass the budget, then the country shuts down. And of course, our friends on the left blame the Republicans for shutting it down. But If the Democrats are in the minority, they do the same thing. They simply will not allow the bills to come to the floor with the 60 votes.
