So By the time the Senate revises the spending process, revises all the appropriations bill, it's no longer indicative of even a Republican majority if the Republicans are in control. So it goes back to the House then and now it's a Democrat bill. And the Republicans that were in control that passed it, a lot of the conservatives said, well, that's crazy, we can't do that.
