And that's largely because of the rubber stamp that the Public Service Commission has been for those proposed utility rate increases. We need to stop shutting down baseload power. We need to stop conversion of productive farmland to these intermittent sources of power that are not on all the time. That's part of what drives prices up. And we need to get back to where we have low cost, affordable, reliable electricity in Wisconsin. That's part of the energy picture. (15:02–15:11)
