I think it was about an $80 billion budget. We're now at $114 billion. That's nearly a 50% increase. In just six short years the budget went. This last one The budget went from $99 billion to $114 billion, a $15 billion increase. This state of Wisconsin does not have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem.
