Because one of the things that needs to be dealt with in Wisconsin, and I will, is our utility rates have went up over $2 billion in Wisconsin over the last seven years. And that's largely because of the rubber stamp that The Public Service Commission has been a rubber stamp for those proposed utility rate increases. We need to stop shutting down baseload power.
