In just six short years the budget went. This last one went from 99 billion DOL the previous budget to now 114 billion dollars. So a 15%, 15 billion dollar increase. This The state of Wisconsin does not have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem. And they should return the money to the taxpayers. And so that's ultimately the point of this.
