All 12 had passed out of committee coming up to the fiscal year deadline. What were those obstacles that kind of led to y' all needing that short term cr. Well, number one, The Senate, which had done much better than was still behind us, they've only gotten six bills out of committee, three across the floor like we have. So they need a little extra time. But it's the first time that they had passed bills across the floor before September in seven years. (11:00–11:09)
