You know, you do so. And if you look at the rescissions packages we've had, look, I don't tell you that billions of dollars is not significant money. But One of [the rescissions packages] was for about $9 billion. One of them was for about 4.9 billion. Those things are not, that's $15 billion in a one, almost $1.7 trillion budget. I mean, it's not that much. So I think Congress. But you know, we ought to scrutinize it. (20:10–20:16)
