Well, number one, the Senate, which had done much better than was still behind us, they've only gotten six bills out of committee, three across the floor like we have. So they need a little extra time. But It's the first time that they had passed bills across the floor before September in seven years. So I look John Thune actually ran for majority leader on restoring the appropriations process in the Senate. I think he's been good to his word again. (11:10–11:17)
