We don't have anything to do with any of those three. They're actually in other committees. So when you're talking about appropriations, you're talking about what most people think of as the government, but Appropriations cover only about 26% of total federal spending. Now when I say only, that's almost $1.7 trillion. So it's, it's pretty important. And it's, all of defense is funded this way. (00:46–00:55)
