Those are the folks that built this state. Ever since South Dakota became a state, the foundation of our economy has been small business owners. Sadly, We've had more than 12,000 small businesses close in this state since 2020. It's very, very, very sad. And so I said at my kickoff on May 28 that we were going to set up a small business task force. (03:19–03:25)
