So long as they actually had a competent, fiscally sound administration, which mine will be, that can help these counties find ways to generate new revenue. I would love to do some profit sharing with the state. Once the state starts turning out hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars in budget surpluses every year, I would like to be able to use some of that money to buy down property taxes. to build out our rural infrastructure, to help rebuild our rural schools and all the things the career politicians have been promising us for years, but have never actually done them.
