Wages are flat. Small business revenue is flat. Our budget has gone from four to $8 billion in seven years. During that time, the rural infrastructure hasn't improved. Our education system hasn't improved. The drug epidemic has gotten worse. Rural health care has gotten worse, worse. And our property taxes have doubled. So where did the $4 billion go?
