People that have never ran a small business in a rural state like South Dakota, they think that business owners are just rolling in the cash and everything's great. Fact of the matter is, the overwhelming majority of small businesses in South Dakota, We estimate between 80 and 90% [of small businesses in South Dakota] don't actually take a profit check or what we call a dividend. They're just lucky if they can pay themselves a salary. So if their property tax goes from 7,000 a year to 15,000 a year, which somebody's did that I talked to yesterday, that $8,000 increase in property taxes comes right out of their paycheck.
